What to buy first?

So I’m 15 weeks and my husband and I are going to start buying stuff for our little girl and we have no clue what to get first. His grandmother is buying the crib and we already have her dresser.

At this point look for sales and start looking for gently used stuff. You have plenty of time so you can just start acquiring as you find good deals. Here’s a list to get you started:
Baby carriers
Pack and play
Swing/rock and play
Bottles
Baby tub (personally I liked the flower thing for a newborn and the primo tub when he got a little older)
Diapers
Bottle warmer - I liked mine. Great for heating up frozen breastmilk 
Changing table/pad for your dresser
Decorations for nursery
Rocking chair 
Nursing pillow 
Diaper bag
Travel changing pad 
Stroller 
Car seat

We bought our crib first and buying a house. We’re buying the car seat and stroller this weekend. Then the dresser. Getting the big stuff out of the way so the smaller things are easy to get at our shower.

I always get things on sale. You have plenty of time and eventually everything goes on sale. If you’re unsure about whether you’d use something or not, maybe wait till the baby is born to decide to buy or not. Also you might get gifts or money after the baby is born so you can use that. If this is your first, try for gender neutral colors so you can reuse for other babies. Before baby comes you NEED 
- sleeping spot (crib, bassinet, playpen)
-change pad

- stroller
- diaper bag
-pacifiers (bottles and formula if not nursing)

-blankets
- clothing
