How to start a routine
My LO is going to be 4MO this month and i plan on starting her on stage 1 baby food. (homemade of course) But, when they are this age when and how often should I feed her these purées? I’m thinking about substituting her lunch time nursing session with a meal. I’m breastfeeding btw. TIA for your advice.
