Remedies for constipation?

Someone please recommend me something good for my 1 month old who’s constipated and can’t poop! And if you can, tell me how you liked it or why

Is baby on formula or are you breastfeeding? It's totally normal for breastfed babies to go multiple days without pooping. When baby does go, if the poo is soft and not formed then baby is not constipated. If truly constipated try bicycle legs, warm bath or wash cloth over tummy, tummy massage, pressing on the rectum when wiping, or last resort try inserting a rectal thermometer.
