As others said. It's the positive line that's showed up. If there is no Control line at all, the. The test is invalid and you need to take another test.
Although it seems that you are pregnant. It's important to set an appoi tment with a doctor right away that way you can make sure you and baby are still healthy and you can talk about all your options and what you need to do to take care of yourself and baby.
You seem scared based off your comment, but remember you have three options: keep, adopt, abort. Talk to your doctor, family members and baby daddy if possible so that you an make the right decision. (and please don't get mad that I mentioned abortion, just listing all the options). 
But if you are happy then Congrats!
Either way it may just be overwhelming but the shock will wear off and you'll be more clear headed about it all soon.
