Fertility massage to help blood flow
So i read some information about getting a fertility massage on your torso stomach uterus area to help with blood flow in that region. Some ladies have had it done once and the the therapist shows ypu how to do it all at home. Just wondering if anyone has done this. Some ladies i have asked said it helped them with ivf. And didnt know if you can juat follow a youtube video of it. Anyone have any insight?
