Help me please

I went to the er last night and my hematoma has gotten bigger and they said I need to take the bad rest more seriously but I'm a stay at home mom with a hellion of a toddler and my husband thinks since I dont work even tho I'm supposed to be resting as much as possible I should still be cleaning the house and when I make him do it it's so half assed that when it get messy again its slowly somehow getting worse. I dont wanna hurt our baby cleaning but I cant lube in this filth anymore I'm at such a loss on what to do....
