BF help??? WARNING NIPPLE PICTURE

Is this a good latch? I’ve been having problems lately getting my LO to latch. She’s 3 weeks. The past 3/4 times I’ve tried to feed her its like she doesn’t want to open her mouth wide enough to take my nipple. It’s very frustrating for both of us during night feeds and I’m not sure how to help her fix it. Occasionally I can get her to latch like this which I think is a good latch because it doesn’t hurt like when she latches shallow. She won’t open and grab my nipple she makes me force it into her slightly open mouth every time now until we get a latch.
