Advice 🤷🏾‍♀️

Ok ladies I’ll be 10 weeks tomorrow and I’m so excited but nervous at the same time. Last year I made it to 11-2 and I mc this pregnancy seems to be going well but I noticed some of my early symptoms are starting to fade like the nausea, frequent urination, and headaches. I still get Fatigue and nipples still sore but I’ll have a burst of energy out of nowhere... I know I might sound crazy I google almost anything from mild cramping to backaches I’m not spotting or bleeding. I guess I’m just nervous, plus it doesn’t help I had this crazy ass dream that I mc on the toilet a couple nights ago vivid dream and it felt so real. I get my first ultrasound on Thursday and I’m so nervous I just want a healthy pregnancy/baby I’m scared their going to tell me my baby doesn’t have a heartbeat or there isn’t a baby idk I’m trying not to think to much about.
