Flu and not eating

My 8 month old baby girl tested positive for the flu almost two weeks ago. She is a lot better but still has a cough. She’s still not eating like she used to, before she would take a full 5oz bottle in one sitting but now it takes her about an hour to finish her bottle.

I would just like to note that she always has plenty of wet diapers and she’s acting happy, playful and completely normal! She does have teeth coming in and she is also getting over an ear infection.

She’s seeing the doctor next week but is this normal?
