Not happy with hospital or midwife

So basically this is baby 5 I'm 30 weeks pregnant all previous baby's have been early and small my number 4 was biggest at 5lb any anyways I moved house not to far but my midwife is saying i don't full under the borough to go to the same hospital she works at a different hospital the hospital is like 20 mins in a car and the hospital I'm being sent to is at least and hour coz traffic is bad can I not chose where I want to be? Second is my last baby's were small she I had growth scans with all and all had problems at birth well she measured me at 29 weeks and said I was measuring 27 weeks that's two weeks behind should I not be sent for a growth scan because of my previous? I'm just so worried and unhappy and stressed thanks in advance
