Whats happening ?!

I’m supposed to be 5 weeks pregnant. I took three positive pink dye tests and then today I’ve had cramping and back pain plus bright red bleeding. I already went to the hospital but the doctors couldnt see a baby on the ultrasound because of how early it is and my hormone levels are low. I could be miscarriaging but im not sure and i have no clots with the blood and havent changed a pad because there really isnt any blood besides when i pee. Is there still hope i am pregnant ? I have a doctors appointment with an OBGYN on the 26th.
