Having a severely disabled child and finding out your pregnant!

So I have a 4 year old severely disabled child and I found out yesterday I am pregnant. I was just about to get the coil back in as I decided timing wasn't great obviously the world had other plans haha. How do people cope with having a severely disabled child needing round the clock care and being pregnant/having a newborn? Also we have regular hospital appointments that are far away.
