Pain after d&c

I’m probably just freaking myself out cause that seems to be a common theme. I had a d&c done Thursday is it still normal to feel pressure/ like an achy crampy pain? It comes and it goes it’s mostly tolerable with pain meds just makes you obviously uncomfortable. Then on top of all of this I’m about 80% sure I have a sinus infection 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve been watching out for signs of infection and so far everything seems to be normal. I get cold sometimes but that’s cause our house is temper mental and I get hot and sweaty sometimes but that’s cause I wrap myself in everything before falling asleep. I’m sure this is all normal however some reassurance would be greatly appreciated.
