UPDATE: HE IS OK

My LO is 5 months and 2 weeks, today he fell off the bed it's not a high bed but the floors are hard. He has a small bruised area on the left side of his forehead he cried a bit threw up and fell asleep. He had a bottle before his nap so I guess that's what he threw up. I was in the shower while my oldest kids was gone he was sleep in my bed and they came in talking loud woke him up and boom. What should I do? What to look out for?
