C-section anxiety?

So this will be my 4th c section... And i have the most anxiety. Inly because i am not drugged up already i will feel all of it the epidural that is... My doctor said he could numb my back and put me on laughing meds but I don't know??? Can anyine give me any advice??

The epidural is the easy part. I’m worried about the gas pains after the csection..😩

This will be my 4th Csection as well. Mine is scheduled for july 22nd but ill be put to sleep due to not being able to have the epidural. I think it would terrify me staying woke 😱. I get nervous everytime it never fails lol.

My first was stuck after laboring all day and pushing for 2 hours with no progress so I had to have a CSection. They recovery was traumatic. I am beyond terrified for the pain of the Spinal, being cut open while I am awake and recovery.  My 2nd is due June 20’s. 😩🥺
