Hi everyone, so me and my bf have been together for a year and three months and we’re long distance. My ig you could say problem with that is he never 100% spends time with me like whenever we’re talking/ video calling he’s ALWAYS on the game and tbh it pisses me off. He works a lot so it’s not like I have all day to talk to him we literally on spend about 3 hours a day with each other. I just feel like he should give me all of his attention (when I know he isn’t doing anything other than play the game of course) but he makes me feel bad for wanting him to focus on us instead of his game. What do you ladies think? Am I wrong?

You want him to spend 3 hours FaceTiming you and talking to you on the phone? That’s a little ridiculous. No one wants to be stuck on their phone for 3 hours, especially after a long day. That’s not relaxing. Compromise with him. Maybe an hour on the phone where he’s focused on you.

Gaming might be his way of relaxing after a long day of work. Try to compromise for a little bit of uninterrupted talk time, but don't take all of his free time away

You're talking about your ex boyfriend. Make sure your next man makes time with you a priority, even if that's 15 minutes a day. 
By the way, also understand that people need their "me" time even if they are in a relationship and you can't expect them them to spend all their free time with you when they've been working etc. The key here is that if you are in a relationship, the person should find X amount of time to give you undivided attention, otherwise, I don't see how the relationship can progress.
