Annoyed to the max

So my baby has been sick and My in laws be telling me all the time to give him meds and telling me what he needs or what i need to do. I’m so annoyed because i take care if my baby, i give him what he needs and even have tried home remedies. They try telling me he has allergies when the doctor hasn’t told me he has allergies, and i know my son. I know its not that.

They want to tell me how to take care of him but two days ago they had him outside in the cold and said he was okay because he had jacket on. I told them it wasn’t okay because even breathing the cold air makes it worse for him

Idk what their problem is
