Weight loss tips!!
Hi ladies! I could use some help! I’m 20 and in college and have struggled with my weight all my life. Either I was very obese, or on the line of being anorexic. Both of these extremes have been because I didn’t have the resources of knowledge on how to be healthy. But now that I do, I’m struggling and could use some help!
According to my BMI (I know it’s not an exact science with 100% accurate results, but I still loosely follow it) I am about 5lbs overweight. Alright not a huge deal, but I want to lose weight to look and feel healthier! I am 5’7” and 173lbs (I gained a few on vacation last week). I would LOVE to be back down to 150-155.
In a perfect world I would be down to my goal weight by the time I go to the beach in May, but I don’t feel like 20lbs in two months is realistic at all, so I’ll settle for 160lbs by May 5th.
Now, like I said before I gained a few pounds on vacation, but now that I’m eating regularly again I’m slowly going back down to my weight before vacation 169lbs. So really it’s only 9lbs. But I could really use some tips!!!
Exercises to focus on as well as maybe a basic meal plan of sorts? Like so many calories each meal or something similar, I have food allergies so I try to just go by calories and carbs and fats and so on rather than a certain serving of fruits and veggies and so on.
I could really use some help ladies!!
