Weight loss?

I’m starting to be healthy and lose weight.

I have a workout routine and it’s a pretty intense home workout I do 5 days out of the week and also have a very low calorie diet which is just protein, salads, yogurt and things like that. And I drink water with lemon and cucumber a lot - just wondering if that will actually help if I want to lose weight quickly? Or I need to do more ? Answers are very much appreciated.
