Worried about my brother

My brother is in college. He’s 18 and home for springbreak

He doesn’t have work this week and all he does is play video games, stay up till 3 and eat junk food. My parents don’t seem to care and I’m the only one who ever says anything. I don’t care that he’s doing it, I just worry about his health and heart. He stopped working out and he’s going to gain so much weight.

He also plays video games alllllll the time at school which is also concerning.

I know he’s an adult but I worry. You can have a heart attack at any age.
