Random heaviness in upper arms

Hey ladies, just wanted to know if anyone has this same feeling? I’m 24 and mostly healthy. My upper arms have been feeling heavy n weak for sometime now. Even resting my arms on the desk is feeling heavy.

Last time I had this was a few months ago when I was dealing with lot of anxiety. I’m better now but this sensation came back out of nowhere.

Anyone know why this happens??
