If yes, how did you incorporate it in while still offering breast milk. When did you start it? Did you use cow’s milk or an alternative milk?
If no, did you solely breastfeed or did you offer breast milk in a cup?

We had one formula bottle a day from the start. Around 7 months we started cutting it with cows milk. By a year she was on only cows milk and had weaned.

Both cows milk and soy milk ..I sipped cup ..I was vegan for some of my journey w my baby ( number 2 ) ..first baby I fed til lshe was 3 n a half ( NC I was pregnant w DS and it was so hard to get my girl off tha breast ,) .Just little vita of milk ..sometimes cold sometimes warm.Dr.says soy milk is good..I asked about organic cows milk bc it tastes like grass to me..dr.says drink some so the breast milk has the taste in he ll like it more.Good luck n keep faith ;)

I've been giving him a few sips of cow's milk each day, but not much. I'm lactose intolerant so I'm trying to make sure he is exposed to it early on in case that helps him tolerate it better than I do.

We tried to offer cows milk in a cup at meals (per our pedi) but she doesn’t like it. So we just give her water for meals and snacks and still nurse on demand.

I did it wrong with my first. When he hit 1 I was hardly producing enough to bump what he needed while I was working and my freezer stash was basically out. So he hit 1 and I gave him cow milk right away. His body didn't handle it well. So we switched to soy and almond. I should have started giving him cow milk here and there leading up to his first bday. That way his body had time to adjust. I still nursed him when we were together up until he was almost 3.
