My Bf gave me an ultimatum

Let me just say this as a disclaimer is that I am not coming from a bad place and or mindset So my boyfriend just called me and we’ve been arguing for a while because I haven’t been able to find a steady job with a full-time position and the jobs I have had to either fuck me over or just wasn’t in the right place for me to work at. I know these are excuses and I should have no excuse by now because I’m 21 and I should have a future set for me by now. I’ve been thinking about joining the Air Force or engineering and for the past year he’s always push me to go into the arm forces because it would help us out so much and I used to be in junior ROTC for the Air Force back in high school so it’s not something I never thought of. I just feel like my boyfriend who drinks almost everything will day and I’ve been working out for a whole year I’ve gotten healthier and he is about to start on that journey as well but I just don’t know how to talk to him and because I feel like every time I try to say I will do it and I get a job interview with somewhere else he’s like oh it’s not full time position is just another dead-end job while I’m still trying to figure out everything. He’s 32 and I am about to turn 22 in July and it’s just hard on me right now and I don’t know what to do to fix this relationship or for him to stop being so angry at me. He says he’s only angry cause he wants what is best for me. We’ve been together almost 4 years.... it’s been good and bad like any other relationship. But he said if I don’t figure something out soon that we were done.
