Boyfriend’s boss

So my boyfriend (19) gave his boss (30’s) his cell number so she could contact him from there, and his home phone for work details. Nothing big right? Wrong. My boyfriend tells me she DRUNK MESSAGES him sometimes, and I’ve witnessed it myself (always about how much she appreciates his dedication to work and what days he’s available to work when he’s not on the schedule). To me, this is VERY unprofessional. He doesn’t like her either. She makes everything a competition and never tells any of the coworkers they’re doing a good job, only that “you can do better”. He likes his job, but he HATES working with her because she just brings the atmosphere down.

He asked her about a transfer to the town over so we could move in together, and he can finish his degree (he can’t finish it if he doesnt move colleges) She told him “if you want a transfer, you’re going to have to talk to the higher ups, cause I’m not going to approve of it”. Basically saying she won’t transfer him because she wants him to stay down where we live now. So he told me he’s going to plan a trip to the next town over when it gets time to move, explain his situation, and ask the higher ups about a transfer. I thought she was so nice, but now that opinion has changed since learning more about her 🤷‍♀️
