23 weeks and having Braxton Hicks...

I've been having Braxton Hicks since about 18 weeks or so. A couple daily. But I just had 3 in less than hour. I'm drinking water. I was on my feet all day at work. I came home and rested. I've been getting them on and off all day and since I get them daily I dont really pay any mind but I just realized I've had 3, well now 4. (One is happening right now) in a little less than an hour.

They arnt painful. Just very tight feeling and the urge to want to hold my breath during. Also makes me feel like I need to pee during but it goes away after the "contraction". Definitely going to keep an eye on them now. But has anyone had this many in such a short time? I am high risk for preterm labor... but I dont want to be overreacting either. Especially since they arnt painful... OB office is closed.
