spotting 3 months pregnant

I already called my midwife and she said I shouldnt worry but of course I need that extra reassurance. I had a bowel movement and pushed really hard to get it out and once i wiped the toilet paper had a good amount of light pink spotting. I didnt get a photo cause I freaked and threw it in the toilet and called the doctor but I was wearing white underwear before it happened and have no blood on my underwear at all. Im not having to wear a pad or anything and it still hasnt gotten on my panties. I wiped again and no blood this time, no cramping fever or back pain just that small amount of spotting after a bowel movement. Should I be worried for my baby?
