Keto Flu?

Can someone explain what the Keto Flu Is and the symptoms you had and how to get rid of the symptoms? I just started Keto, and I’m so 1 unfamiliar with the whole diet and trying my best to learn it I’m struggling but any comments about the Keto Flu, and also how Keto works what’s the macros?

It will pass. My understanding is its your body withdrawing from carbs. I'm not a keto expert or a doctor but it lasted like a week when I did keto

It’s your body’s withdrawal from carbs. Basically from a young age we are all addicted to carbs because they’re so common in food

When I tried low carbing I felt super terrible for a couple days. They say pickles help or you can supplement with chicken broth.

Drink pickle juice, its ur body detoxing, getting rid of all the bad stuff in ur body

I just started keto too. And so far I’ve been having horrible headaches and diarrhea (sorry tmi) but i started taking magnesium and electrolytes followed by 500ml of salt water. It’s been helping but man carb withdrawal is real. Goodluck
