Help!! What is this?!

I’ve posted once before about my daughter possibly having an allergic reaction and has a rash that came out of no where. We changed absolutely nothing! No different laundry soap no different food literally nothing. Well now she is fresh out of the bath in these pictures which seems to make these show up more. What are these from or what can I do? I’ve been using TONS of lotion and Vaseline and nothing is helping! Please help! 😭🙏🏻 also did take her to see a doctor and doctor wasn’t sure where it came from and prescribed a cream but doesn’t seem to be helping.
