IVF - Anti Mullerian hormone 11.6pmol/L??

Hello, I’m 39 and after an appointment with our doctor we are going to be referred in 2 months for IVF. (Then there’s a waiting list of like 7 months)

my partner needs to be 3 months smoke free and I need to lose a wee bit of weight.

My results came back above - are they good results? Researching online is giving me lots of different statistics.

Also my doctor told me to stop using OPKs.

I just feel so old and unsure of what everything means.

Any help advice / words of wisdoms would be great.
