Should I call the cops?

So let me start by saying, I’m not a judgmental person. I try letting people live their lives how they want and mind my business but I can’t take this anymore. I live in an apartment with my boyfriend & 6 month old baby. We recently got new upstairs neighbors & they spend ALL DAY getting high, to the point that my entire apartment smells like weed. I’ve tried lightning candles & using scented plug ins but nothing is working so it’s all I smell now, which means it’s all my daughter smells. I don’t even care if people smoke weed but at this point it’s affecting me & my family. We live in Ohio where it is illegal to smoke weed so should I just call the cops to solve this problem or should I continue minding my business🙄
