Husband had testicular cancer as a child

Has anyone gotten pregnant by a man who has had testicular cancer as a child and has beaten the cancer? My husband has been cancer free since 5 years old but I'm afraid he might be sterile. He hasn't listened to me about going to get his sperm checked and it's frustrating. I just wanted to see if anyone's husband has viable sperm even after having testicular cancer.

I've gotten pregnant twice before with another partner so I know I'm capable of it. However, my husband has not gotten anyone pregnant (not that he knows of, at least).
