get my sleep schedule on track?? 😴😴

My sleep schedule is very very messed up because of school. Today i don't have school so yesterday i stayed late with my boyfriend and went to sleep at 2 and woke up at 12pmπŸ™„πŸ™„ tomorrow i have school and i will have to wake up at 5:30 😭 when do i go to bed tonight? Even that i slept 10 hours i still feel very guilty knowing that tonight i won't be tired at least until 12 and that will be only 5.5 hours of sleep. 😴😴😴😴😴

And I have very important presentation that I have to do tomorrow for graduation..

Do i force myself to sleep at 10 for example?
