They wont help conceive if thats what your asking. But it is recommended you take a prenatal when ttc.

Those are the only one I can take during pregnancy. I tried so many brands of prenatals in pill form but they make me sick.
You should start taking them now that way the folic acid can make its job right aeay.

I would focus on getting natural vitamins rather than a gummy full of synthetics. If you feel you can’t fulfill your vitamin and mineral needs via food, at least choose a whole food, natural, non- synthetic supplement.
