Is this a threat

My husband and I married

He wants a divorce

I have a daughter

While he has raised her since she was two years old she is now eight he has no legal rights or custody over her I have full 100% custody

He asked for a divorce I agreed

He asked me to leave my daughter with him as he considers her his

I told him no I go she goes with me that’s my daughter that’s the law I have full custody and rights over her as does her biological father you don’t

He got SO angry

He said you are so stupid for thinking that, by the way I take that as a threat.

Is he right?
