What is going on here?!

Ugh. My tests have been positive, depending on the brand, some more visible than others, and one very distinct positive.

Yesterday would’ve been my first day of my period, (I also went yesterday to my doc to do bloodwork, should find out today or tomorrow results).

This would be my 4th pregnancy, and I’ve never “spotted” during until my last one (ended in miscarriage) and now this one. But it’s spotting on days I should have my period. Lower back pain and all. Waiting on a call back from Doc, but I’m being impatient lol
