I don’t want sex with my husband

I don’t want him to touch me or come near me. I feel uncomfortable with him and don’t think he does everything to spend quality time with us ( me and our 4yr old). I have talked to him about it and he says he is going to change but then things go back to the way they were. I don’t want to break our family apart but I feel like I’m getting depressed and don’t know if I can deal with this for the rest of my life.
