Conception question !

⚠️ Hey guys so I’m just looking for opinions! I was ovulating anytime from today to three days ago ! I had the deed Sunday night and last night is it possible I’m going to fa pregnant? I am currently on the mini pill but one of the days I took it an hour late. And also I have been on antibiotics I’ve been told they stop the pill working and I wasn’t aware of this!! Also I’ve had a little bleeding past few days, not excessive but just when I wipe sorry tmi and it’s been like discharge too! I worry so much about everything so I like advice.
