Is it rude of me to not want to be touched?

My mother in law and her mother are very touchy people and I’ve always accepted that and have always been fine with being hugged on for the past 11 years by them. However, now that I am pregnant all they want to do is rub on my belly and I absolutely hate it! I tell them no that I don’t like being touched which is odd for them because I’ve always let them pet all over me before. I’m perfectly fine with my husband doing it but I feel like my privacy is invaded when they rub on the baby. (This has been going on since I was 10 weeks and I am now 20) so it gets tiring having to tell them constantly and constantly pull away. I’m at my wits end trying to figure out how to get them to stop and I’m not always nice about telling them I don’t like it either. And then after they always make a comment about how they wished it was my husband that was carrying the baby because he would let them rub on it. Which newsflash to them he hates being touched too and he’s not the one carrying him!
