Herpes?

I went to my gyno and she says it looks like it’s from shaving and didn’t test me for hepes. But it’s some hair follicles are blister like with clear liquids. I did test positive for bacterial vaginosis. Any imputs? I picked at it as that’s what I do when I have ingrown hairs. So it looks a bit extra. She also said the hair follicles looked raised and infected to just put neoaporne.
