Bleeding

Hey guys, so today I took a trip to the Er they said everything was ok. I seen a little blood in my underwear and became concerned . While I was there I did not bleed , I didn’t even see any after I realized it had been dried up in my underwear. When I got home I took a shower , and then some showed up on the pad. No clots , no cramping , not enough to fill a pad or anything that mimics a period.. but it still has me concerned. My pelvic area feels tender , but not painful.. just discomfort. Has this happened to anyone ? Should I go back!
