Could I be pregnant even tho I got my period?

Question

So I took plan b after an accident and I got my period a couple days after I took it. It was a normal period, heavy and lasted 5-6 days. But i was supposed to have my period two days ago and still no period. Could I be pregnant or is it most likely the plan b since I already got a period after taking it? (By the way I have not had sex since the accident)
