Can a 3 almost 4 month teeth?!

I think my 3 almost 4 month is teething!! He keeps putting his hands in a fist and sticking them in his mouth and trying to bite them (this is new behavior) he’ll also stick his thumb in his mouth and bite it. He’s crying soooo much now. Not wanting the bottle nor paci sometimes. I was looking at his gums and the back ones are whitish. Is this teething? If so, what can I do or buy for him to be at ease

All babies put their hands in their mouths whether or not they are teething at around 3-4 months old. It’s their way of self soothing. It’s possible your baby is teething, but usually the two front bottom ones come in followed by the two front top teeth.

They start teething at around 3/4 months but don’t actually get teeth until 6+ months.

That's normal development at that age. It doesn't necessarily mean teeth are imminent.

Oh and freeze wet washcloths and let him suck on them. we had a couple little teething rings we could pop in the freezer for our son too.

My son was around that age when he got his first tooth. We used frozen teethers. Until he got older. Then used baby orajel per his pediatrician.

The first teeth to pop through will most likely be the bottom front incisors. The molars tend to come in close to the end. 
My son’s first tooth popped up at 4.5 months. So, yea he could very well be teething.
