Someone help me!!!
My little ones bedtime is 12:30-2:00 am and I can’t seem to get her to sleep earlier. She sleeps through the night and wakes up once around 7am to eat then goes back to bed and wakes up normally at 11:30-12:00 pm. I even tried the cry it out method. Should I keep her up more and not let her have naps throughout the day??? I’m going back to work soon and I would love to have her on a earlier bed time schedule. Ladies what are your daily routines and bed times and how long did it take you to achieve it?? By the way I’m a new mom if you can’t tell so any advice will help.
