I NEED TO STOP SMOKING!!! I am 7 weeks pregnant and i cannot stop smoking and i feel absolutely horrible every time i do it 😫 i know I'm hurting the baby and i want to stop more than anything. I tried the patch but just ended up back to cigarettes. Anything that worked for other mommies? Please help!!
