Thin uterine lining from depo shot

Has anyone had super thin uterine lining and did your dr ever put you on birth control (larin fe 1.5/30) to fix it? We were ttc for about 10 months and i just bleed or spot every day of my life. Ultrasound showed thin lining and my dr said it was from being on the depo provera for 2 years. I think my dr is doing hormone therapy as i only have a 21 day pack and no placebo pills. I want to also mention i take vitamin e already since i read its good to take for menstrual problems! I also have kidney disease so im not really supposed to take actual MULTI vitamins but vitamin e is okay for me to take.
