I’m wondering if my baby is over/under the average weight

They should give you their percentile. If they are in the 50th percentile they are average. Below that and they are below avg and above that they are above avg. What matters most is their weight to height ratio. Is their weight avg for their height. My daughter was always “heavier” than avg if you looked at just that. But for her height she was actually small.

My daughter has always been on the small side too! She’s still healthily though. At 6 months she weighed about 14.5 pounds.
