Activities for 7 week old.

My son is 7 weeks old today and I was wondering what would be some good activities to do with him. Obviously we go tummy time every day. I also read to him everyday and we play with rattles. He doesn’t hold them. I just shake them on either side of his head to get him to turn his head to follow the noise. We walk around the house and look out the windows. It’s still to cold for me to feel comfortable taking him outside everyday but any day it is warmer we go for walks in the stroller. I also have him look in the mirror and see himself. I just feel like he gets bored of the same things everyday. Are there any other activities I could be doing with him to keep him entertained?
