Never gonna give birth!

Guys... I feel like I’ve been pregnant for forever and it’s never gonna end!! I’m currently 39+5 today and I don’t feel like anything is happening at all! I was only 1 cm dilated at my last appointment a few days ago and my OB said my cervix was “softer” ..... whatever that vague description means?!?

I’ve already started my maternity leave and am anxious about having this baby soon so I’m not wasting my days! I’ve tried the sex, the tea, the walking - nothing. I know it’s gotta end at some point, but it sure doesn’t feel like it right now.
