Gross but .. I need any help I could get

Hi everyone I live in an apartment building, pretty old but whatever not the point right now, I’ve never had roaches until recently.

New neighbors moved in underneath us and I’m not sure if that may be the reason but ever since then, we’ve been having roaches all around our kitchen, near our microwave, coffee maker, near our fridge, our dishes etc it’s GROSS & disgusting !!! Whenever we see one we get RAID and kill it as soon as we see it, unless it gets away fast, we also have little raid trap things placed in corners but they don’t seem to be helping ..

PLEASEEE ANYONE HAVE ANY NATURAL REMEDIES, STORE BOUGHT, TIPS , ANYTHING!!! I’m so tired of this!!!!

We’ve told maintenance and there have been exterminators here before every year like twice a year but this problem is a new occurrence!
