Baby skin issues

Hey mama’s, I’m asking on here to see what others have experienced and what has worked for them- My little one has what I assume is baby acne and dry patches on her eyes and some of her skin. I can’t tell if it’s eczema, dermatitis, all baby acne 🤷‍♀️ FTM here. Obviously I can reach out to the pediatrician but wanted to see what others have tried/ have had with their little one. As of now I am cleaning her face with warm water only, and what seems to do well is just plain old baby aveeno. I have done breast milk a few times but honestly that seems to make it worse (maybe it gets worse before it gets better?). Any who, any suggestions?
